The áo dài is a Vietnamese national costume, now more commonly worn by Vietnamese women. In its current form, it is a tight-fitting silk tunic worn over pants. In 2009, several universities in Hanoi have enacted a ban on students wearing almost transparent, especially áo dài. The Vietnamese Netizen said the ban should be implemented in high school also.
